Problem adding secondary account

more options

My ISP has cancelled its email program, and I have had to get a new email address. When I try to add my new email address as a seconday account, I'm asked for a code that was sent to my primary email address. But my primary email address has been cancelled, so I can't get any mail sent to it. My ISP is no longer forwarding mail sent to my previous address to my new address. How can I add a secondary address when I can't get the code sent to my previous address?

I have tried deleting my account, but that too requires a code sent to my old address which is no longer in existence.

Any help would be appreciated. Can any replies to this be sent to my new email address mikejanus50@gmail.com?

I opened a new account so I don't really need to delete the old account.

Thanks
