Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

Strangely, if we make or receive a group call, it works. It's only one-on-one calls that are blocked by Facebook.

There's also a free/open source third party app called Caprine. It's basically Facebook messenger with more features than Facebook app itself and it's not made by Facebook. It's for Windows, Mac and Linux.
