I Have Had It Installed On Microsoft Edge For About A Year With No Problems. I Had It Installed For About 3 Months On Firefox Then I Needed To Install It Again & I Get The Above Messages. Why Is It Doing This? There Hasn't Been Any Harm Done To My Computer. Also Firefox Needs A Customer Service Phone Number For People To Call & Explain Their Issues It's A Lot Quicker & Easier To Solve Your Problem.

I would say it would not be easier but harder on phone, especially with the non technical users in trying to describe or understand what they are doing or see etc.

You paid how much for the Firefox web browser for Windows, macOS or Linux?. as it is free to download and use and build it yourself from source. So how is Mozilla to pay for the call centres that would be required to provide one on one support by phone, chat or email for a free to use application, let alone their many other products.

It is generally the applications you purchased or paid for by subscription (like some antivirus clients plans as a good example many Windows users may be familiar with) that may get you one on one support by phone, chat or email because you paid for it. Mozilla does actually have some subscription based products where you can get direct support by ticket system as Mozilla VPN is one of those.
