What is this tab, and why is it hidden? My usually good Google-fu didn't turn up much other than TrustArc is a cookie consent component with a terrible reputation for slowing down some sites that use it.

Can someone offer more information? Thanks.

This is not a hidden tab, it's a separate process that is used by one of your tabs. This tab's title should be a line below. That site is using a third-party code, so Firefox encapsulated it in a separate process for safety.
