WebGL is built-in and controlled by these two prefs in about:config.

  • webgl.disabled
  • webgl.enable-webgl2

There is also: webgl.force-enabled

You can search "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) for webgl to see if there are issues reported.
