Ctrl+Shift+T opens the last closed Window and not the last closed Tab
I'm using this shortcut all the time and I recently found out it doesn't work as expected. From the Firefox documentation the ctrl+shift+t should re-open the latest closed tab, but this is not the case for me, it always re-open the latest closed window. Which behave exactly as ctrl+shift+n.
From my short research it's not possible to customize Firefox shortcuts without using an extensions, therefore I also don't know how to verify if the shortcuts have changed just form my browser/configuration.

Thanks for the answer, that didn't fix my issue but I found out the problem, I've set `browser.sessionstore.max_tabs_undo` to zero because every time I open firefox it restore all tabs I found it annoying, but that settings also disabled the tab restore from shortcut.

Right, it has been changed recently.
Try to enter about:config in the address bar and switch the following preferences to false:
- browser.sessionstore.closedTabsFromAllWindows
- browser.sessionstore.closedTabsFromClosedWindows
