When I open Mozilla Firefox, a prompt appear ' Do you want Mozilla Firefox to make changes to this computer? I prefer Mozilla Firefox to open immediately like Internet Explorer.

Check that you do not run Firefox as Administrator. Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut and choose "Properties". In the Compatibility tab, make sure that Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" is not selected.

You also need to check the Properties of the firefox.exe program in the Firefox program directory.

If you can't make the changes then you need to start Windows Explorer as Administrator.

There IS no Firefox or Mozilla program directory.

If there is no Firefox profile inside your program files (it may be in Program Files pr Program Files(x86)) then you don't have Firefox properly installed. Re download from www.getfirefox.com and reinstall it
