On this site- http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+will+not+start -it tells me to select firefox.exe, but I cannot find it!!! I typed F in and even looked for it over and over again. I still can't find it. HELP ME PLEASE!

If your Firefox is located in the standard installation location - that is, given that you didn't change location during install - you should be able to find it in the C:\Program Files\Mozilla\Firefox\ folder.

Or you can try searching your hard drive(s) for it, by using menu Start -> Search > for Files or Folders... -> in left-hand Search Assistant box, click "-> All files and folders" -> enter "firefox*.*" and click button "Search".

If this does not find the Firefox executable file, it may be missing on your system. See our article How to install Firefox on Windows for help with installation.
