Keyboard up/down arrows act as page up/page down instead of single line up/down keys. I can't find how to change them back.

Every time Firefox opened

Maybe you turned Caret browsing on. Hit F7 and see if that is fixed. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Accessibility.browsewithcaret
