Pulse360.com popups - I get a separate Firefox window (not a a new tab) with the daily pop-up from Pulse360.com. I can close it, but while it runs it slows my PC. Pulse360 has no links to remove or unsubscribe. How can I remove this forever?

Here's an example of the link that poped up today. Notice that there are no links, no tabs or any way to "unsubscribe". It showed up when I was reading the news in msnbc.com

Just click to open 360.com and once there you can opt out. Wow, how easy is that, and as far as I can see it works
