I updated to firefox 4 2 weeks before and since then I do not have mail notifications to the yahoo toolbar 2 for firefox (it is an add-on) I contact to yahoo customer service and they told me to contact with mozilla because it is a problem with firefox 4. I am normally and always logged in my yahoo account.. Can you please help me?

If you have any other add-ons disable them using the following method or manually. If done manually do not disable Yahoo Toolbar. Go to to Firefox App Button --> Help --> Restart With Add-ons Disabled. When firefox restarts, you will see a window regarding Firefox Safe Mode. Check Disable all add-ons and click on make changes and restart. Re-enable Yahoo Toolbar and check if the notifications show up.

I did what you say. Then I went to the page you pasted and instead of doing all that, I disable again all my extensions keeping enable only the yahoo toolbar. I send an e-mail from an other account to my yahoo account but still my notification is not shown. Only when I go to yahoo mail I see that I have an e-mail...
