I have tried restarting my laptop and I have tried closing and opening firefox, without saving tabs.

if I click the + tab next to my homepage, no new tab. When I go to File and then New Tab, it will not open a new tab. Pressing Ctrl + T does not open a new tab. Right clicking on a link does. How do I fix this so I can open new tabs? (P.S. I have the same problem with new windows)
