I wanted to download the newest firefox but computer has windows XP with a 32 bit system. After I downloaded firefox 3.o.5 because it is a 32 bit system not a 64 bit like the 5.o.o the first thing that came up on the screen was my fire fox was out of date and I needed to download the newer firefox. My question is will it needing 64 bit system and mine being a 32 bit system will it work correctly on my computer?

All of the Windows versions of Firefox (regardless of version 5.0 and older) from Mozilla is 32-bit as it it may not be until Firefox 8.0 that there will be a official 64-bit version on Windows also. The 32-bit versions of Firefox work on the 64-bit Windows anyways.

Since you use 32-bit windows the 32-bit Firefox 5.0 should work just fine.
