This question pertains to my 82-yr. old father, who has an Apple G5 iMac about 6 yrs. old, about 500 mhz processor, and cannot $-afford to upgrade anything. I need to be able to convince him it's safe to download and install either Firefox 4.x.x or perhaps 5.0.1-- that it won't create a significant problem of some kind. He has OSX 10.4.11 thanks.
