remove the url's from printout when printing a document w Firefox

When printing a web document that contains links to urls the urls are printed in the document. In Internet Explorer the Compatibility View can be checked t prevent this from happening.

Firefox button > Print -> Page Setup - Margins & Header/Footer = set all 6 boxes to --blank--
