My laptop shutdown expectedly and after I shut it down and restarted it I clicked on Firefox icon and received a message from Mozilla Crash Reporter. I click on "Restart Firefox" and it brings up the Crash Reporter again. I cannot get to Firefox.

Is there a way I can download from another computer onto disc and use that to upload Firefox to my laptop again?

You don't to seem to have submitted that crash report.

Do you have a crash ID of a report that has been submitted if you check the link?

Firefox will not even start up, so I can't do anything from the Firefox menu.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
