Chosen solution

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

Hi,

You may have to uncheck the compatibility mode option by going into the properties of the Firefox link or the firefox.exe in the Mozilla Firefox installation folder.

I unchecked the compatibility mode in properties still get same thing.

On rare occasions you may also have to restart the PC. If the problem persists please try disabling Use hardware acceleration when available under Tools (or Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
