Cannot print since upgrading Firefox (7). I can print in Internet Explorer. I can print if I download file from Firefox and print directly from Acrobat. Error message is Prop Res DLL is not loaded. I checked and it does reside in the System 32 folder. What can I do to resolve issue? How can I contact Mozilla via email?

That is caused by a fault with the installation of print drivers for Lexmark or Lexmark/Dell printers. You need to move or copy specific DLL's into the System32 folder in Windows.

See this - Firefox support forum search
or this - Google search.

Copy the Lexmark LX??PRPR.DLL file from the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32X86\3 folder to the System32 folder.

I already copied into System32 folder. When I copy, it over writes the same existing file. Do you have any other suggestions?
