saved session tabs don't automatically download since 13.0 update

Since Firefox updated itself to version 13.0 yesterday, when it opens the saved session, the tabs don't automatically download their previous content until I click each one separately, which I find to be quite inconvenient. Is this a bug or something intentional, and how can I make it so that they all automatically download when I open Firefox?

Thanks, Ellen
