I mistakenly downloaded beta versions of Firefox but I prefer to uninstall them now, and just use the released versions. However, I don't know how to do this properly without losing my bookmarks, etc. Please advise in detail how I can identify and uninstall any beta versions I may have and what to do from there. Thank you.

You can uninstall them via the control Panel > Programs if the show there or just delete their installation program folder.

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

You only need to make sure NOT remove personal data when you uninstall any Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
