I cannot get FF Sync to confirm or continue when i click next, how do i do that?
A few years ago I set up sync for my desktop and laptop but I never used it. I just got an android phone and I now wish to sync.
So I went to do this and I tried to use the I already have an account option but no luck, it does nothing.
But the set-up an acct option works.
So I think I no longer have an account and I attempt to set up one with the old/same addy, it say no acct taken.
But I am unable to get the device or the pc to allow any syncing.
So I deleted the acct and I assume that worked because when I go to set up the new one it allows me to use that same addy.
But when I did try to set up a new account the select what you want to sync function does nothing, and after filling in capcha etc. I click next and the pop-up closes.
No confirmation and nothing else.
Please help me to figure this out, I am getting sooooooooo frustrated.

no i cannot, i beleive that becuase i do not get the confirm message that i have not been allowed to set it up. the message i get is: Unable to locate your account. Please check your username.
cor-el, i just tried to set up an account again and the buttons are not responding. i still cannot set desired sync functions or get a confirmation.
I have the same problem and also signed in with my Mozilla account done earlier,but when I click Sync Options,it is filled in with my user and PC name and check marks for what is is to be synced. So what has to be done now??
