In Firefox 12.0, I want to have the navigation show icons, and the bookmarks bar show as text, both in the interest of reducing space used. Is there a way to do this? Rather than having both having to be the same?

There isn't a built-in option for this, but many users have preferred to hide the site icons on the bookmarks toolbar, so there are a couple of solutions for that.

Thanks. I'll try the "Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar" and see if that gives me the result I want. I appreciate your responses.
