Dear Mozilla Firefox Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a long-time user of Firefox and have greatly enjoyed the browser for its speed, security, and user-friendly interface. However, I recently encountered an issue where the latest update seems to be incompatible with my system.

As a user with a low-end system, I sincerely request that future updates consider compatibility with older or less powerful hardware. Firefox has always stood out for its accessibility, and I believe that supporting a wider range of devices would further enhance the browser’s appeal to users like me.

I would be grateful if there could be an option or version of Firefox optimized for systems with limited resources. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

When I click on Firefox, the top menu bar is dimmed. When I click on New Tab or New Window, nothing happens. I've downloaded, reinstalled and updated the latest version of Firefox but it doesn't work. I've also clicked Option when opening Firefox. I click Refresh Firefox and it works but when I quit and restart, I'm back to the same problem again.

I'm unable to stream content on Spotify and Netflix in Firefox due to a recurring "WidevineCdm plugin has crashed" error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steps I've already taken to troubleshoot:

• Ensured "Play DRM-restricted content" is enabled in Firefox.
• Tested with a completely clean Firefox profile.
• Tried the portable version of Firefox (131.0.3) as well, but the same issue arose.
• Verified that streaming works fine on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, so I don't think it's an issue with my PC or security software (I temporarily disabled it for testing purposes).
• Made sure I'm not using any VPN or proxy.
• Performed a clean reinstall of the latest Firefox version.

System information:

• OS: Windows 11 (23H2)
• Firefox version: 132.0

YOU HAVE RUINED MY CANON PICTURE PROGRAM THAT I WAS USING TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES FROM MY CAMERA MEMORY CARD. AFTER THIS LATEST UPDATE THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE I CAN NO LONGER DOWNLOAD THE PICTURES AS BEFORE OR ATTACH THEM TO EMAILS..

FIX IT!!!!!!!!

It started doing this last week. I had this happening a couple versions ago but it went away by itself (I think).

Clearing cache won't help, not restarting it in Troubleshoot mode, etc.

Firefox is up-to-date and this was fixed a couple versions ago.

New bug?

Today I was filling in a contract with a government organization. The type that allows me to answer questions and submit. I clicked on something else before finishing and I could not retrieve my work.

I have tried ALL of the suggestions available in HISTORY (restore previous session) open closed tabs etc Etc.

Nothing works

when ever i try to use Firefox to do a Facebook or /messenger video or audio with some on on Facebook it does not let me/. I have tried with all add on disabled and still no. Come on tell me how or what to do. There are others saying the same thing . can you fix it or tell me how to make it work. I have to go to Chrome to use it. Just not right i have used firefox for more that i can remember but if it keeps up you may have me switch to chrome. Please fix it or tell me how to get it

Very frustrating with many websites especially Amazon hanging and freezing on Firefox, this happens in Windows 10 across multiple computers, this issue doesn't happen on Chrome or Safari. Ad blocking has been turned off, hardware acceleration disabled, and multiple times complete reinstalls have been performed of Windows 10. For instance on Amazon, these websites seem to hang when loading, either freezing the browser with no mouse input allowed or loading broken images:

I've had to use Chrome on these multiple computers when ordering from Amazon, any insight would be appreciated.

Sometimes it says secure connection failed or the connection has timed out. On certain sites it says that almost all of them like twitter and facebook and so forth. What do I do?

Firefox inhibits power management, causing the screensaver to not activate. This happens when I am not running a video. It happens if I open a website that has video but I do not run the video. If I turn off Firefox the screensaver works. Screensaver is set to activate at 5 minutes. Power Management is set to turn off screen when inactive for 7 minutes. Linuxmint 21.3. and on another computer - Linuxmint 22.0

This has happened on my 2 laptops with one particular website. Firefox is updated as required.... It has worked before. On the Norwegian ( NCL ) website , if you go to the " excursion " link , pick a port , you see the 1st available tours...at the bottom of the page stating " 1-12 of 24 NEXT." However when you click the " highlighted" NEXT , nothing happens.....I have tried every combinations of settings....This feature, however works on my other browser with No additional settings....I was Always able to accomplish this.

Sehr geehrtes Mozailla-Taem. Ich hoffe, das ich dieses Mal auf der richtigen Adresse bin. Ich habe ein Problem mit Firefox 132. Ich kann nicht auf mein Bankkonto bei der Targobank zugeifen. Trotz Ihrem Update auf 131.03. In der Firefox-Portabel-Funktion 132 funktioniert aber der Zugriff auf das Bankkonto. (Installiert auf einem Stick). Bei einer anderen Bankverbindung (Barclay) klappt dieses aber. Ich erhalte immer folgende Abbildung, sh. Anhang Wie kann ich diesen Fehler beheben?
