Right clicking to add menu bar does not help, Sidebar also cannot be activated for bookmarks.

Hi, try opening the 3-bar menu > Customize, and if you can see the bookmarks button, simply drag it to a toolbar and the location of your choice, then Exit Customize. If the button isn't there, click on Restore Defaults.
