After losing access to older device logins I'm no longer able to access the Sync device to disconnect or remove them from my Mozilla account; Over time this has led to an accumulation (Currently nine with duplicates) of older no-longer in-use devices with no clear way to purge all device account logins from the central Account management page,

What you could do is to close the current sync account. After, open a new account.
