I am trying to migrate all my old emails and especially folders to Thunderbird from Roundcube. I downloaded Thunderbird and it seems like my inbox transferred over without any problems. However, I have a lot of folders that I have set up on Roundcube that I really need to keep.

Is there a way to transfer them to my new installation of Thunderbird? They have data in them that I must keep for years to come.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Respecfully,

Ron Elliott

I believe Roundcube has an export facility to export mail as .eml files. With the ImportExport addon, you can then import them into Thunderbird.

David, Thanks. Do you know how I go about doing this?

It depends on the version of Roundcube. Some will download only one message at a time, while others will allow downloading multiple. You can try by highlighting multiple messages and then clicking the 'more' entry on top menu. That's all I know about Roundcube.
