when i open Browser .I see 6 gray color tiles images at the bottom ...they are causing me very inconvenient to browse the web sites. Iam using version 16.0.2 version and operating system windows 7 and machine is sony vaio laptop ...please provide an image share for understanding you the problem iam facing..so it would be better for you...

hello venugopal586, when you reply to your original questio you can also attach a screenshot of the problem.

can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon or theme is interfering here...

Do you mean the launch bar at the bottom of the about:home page?

If you do not want to see them then you can set another page as the home page.

Add code to the userContent.css file.

The customization files userChrome.css (interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the user profile folder.

i) i have restarted the browser in safe mode..even the problem still not yet resolved.

ii) i have searched the usercontent.css but there is no such file exists in my system by following your steps in last reply.

Those look like images for missing plugins.

Can you post the address (URL) of the page that gives this problem?
