I haven't really used the new sync, and after a reinstall I'm unable to log in, as it doesn't recognize my email. I'm logged in on my phone and another computer, but I've no idea as to how to make it work.

Hi Senithil,

This is the new sync? that does not sound right. After reinstalling the Firefox on the Windows 7, is the mobile device still syncing successfully?

According to the original plans for the account recovery, try to reset the password from the mobile device and try to add the account one more time after getting a new oauth.

The url should look like "/password/forgot/send_code" Technical github https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-s.../onepw-protocol

Note that all devices need to use the new Sync version if you use this version in the Aurora build (Firefox 30).
