When I go back to the prior page on Website, Firfox Pop-up displays reading CONFIRM To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier. How do I stop this?
For example if I am on eBay and click on a listing to view it on the next page, then hit the "Back To Previous Page" arrow, a Firefox Pop-up window displays stating, "CONFIRM To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier."
How do I stop this? It is very annoying

That means Firefox will have to repeat it's actions from the previous page if I remember correctly.
OK. But how do you stop it. It is very annoying to have to cancel a Pop-up every time I move back a web page.
I don't think you can disable it. I think it's for security reasons. They come up usually on my bank sites or whenever I placed an order and need to go back to make changes. It just want to make sure you do want to go back to the previous page.
