IF my above reply didn't solve your problem, then Freeze.com NetAssistant is responsible for this issue. So you need to Uninstall (or at least disable) that extension. Look in the Windows Control Panel -> Add & Remove Programs (or whatever its called in Win7) and Remove that application.

Thanks for all your help, I removed Freeze extension and every thing is back to normal... What a big pain in the rear, and I will never use or purchase anything thru YAHOO it seems the only way they can have an operating system on your computer is to hide all their information so a person with limited skills can't find their crap.
