I had a bit of a look at the relevant bug. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1404741
I see lots of discussion about networking and the first DLL in your crash is an APPLE DLL for bonjour which is a networking thing from apple. although it apparently was installed with adobe creative suite and itunes.
There is also discussion about an anti virus called net protector.
SO I suppose a good starting point would be, do you have any of these software products installed?
Hi Mark,
Just checked. Bonjour is installed (although I have no recall of ever using it). I cannot find Net Protector in the list of installed programs. Next step to uninstall Bonjour?
Norb
or try reinstalling from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/ ?
