How do I get the menu for Adobe Reader to display when I am viewing a pdf in Firefox?

For instance, I want to zoom in, and I can't without the toolbar that used to show up. I go to "options" and I don't see it as a selectable toolbar. I looked under internet in adobe reader preferences and I couldn't find anything.
