I completed a survey and was offered an iPad Air as a prize but the link returned an error message.

http://www.loadingfast.com/click/1 Error 400 Visit data was missing when handling click. To redirect a click, you must go through your campaign URL. Details: URL parameter 'voluumdata' is missing.

Its either on error or a scam. Please advise.

While Mozilla does do some occasional surveys, they use a different site and they certainly never offer any prizes or rewards.

There's a menu item in Help = Report Web Forgery to report sketchy web pages that use the Firefox trademarks, to try to fool you into thinking that Mozilla "owns" the page you are viewing.
