Syncing FF/Android changes the order of items in my FF/Windows Bookmarks Toolbar

I just got my first smartphone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. After I installed FF on it, connected it to my FF Sync account, and synced it for the first time, I saw something odd in my Windows version of FF. In my Bookmarks Toolbar, I have about 20 items. Half of them are bookmarks and half are folders, and I had arranged them so they alternate: bookmark/folder, bookmark,/folder, etc. I've had it that way for years.

But after the first time I synced the Android FF browser, I noticed that the items in my Bookmarks Toolbar were rearranged. Instead of alternating bookmark/folder, all the bookmarks were at the top and all the folders at the bottom. At first I didn't connect this oddity with my new phone. I assumed it was a glitch, restored my bookmarks from the most recent backup, and the Bookmarks Toolbar items were back as they had been. But the next time FF on my phone synced, the Bookmarks Toolbar items were again rearranged, bookmarks together at the top, folders together at the bottom.

This happens ONLY in the Bookmarks Toolbar. Items in my Bookmarks Menu, which are likewise arranged with bookmarks and folders in no order obvious to anyone but myself, were unchanged.

This isn't a huge deal; it's inconvenient but I'll live with it. But surely this is a bug, and unintentional. Is this the right place to report it?

I just realized something else: the folders in my Bookmarks Toolbar weren't just moved to the end, they were emptied of all the bookmarks that were in them.

I have this problem too, except losing bookmarks. It just keeps on happening.
