Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

it switch off every one minute every time i open it, when i opened it again it restore to the place or place wesites i was in.

there are not any messages, simply, to explain again my issue is, when i start mozilla and go to any webpage after one minute while am exploring firefox desappears and i re open it....and takes me where i was in. this is so frustrating and this is happening since may 29th

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
