Whenever I open or whenever I am browsing with firefox there is this site/s that always open even though I made google as my start up website.
Whenever I open my firefox browser there is this site that always opens up even though I used google as my start up website. I think this is a virus or this thing called "adware" because it shows advertisements about things like the easiest way to get slim, the easiest way to make snoring stop or things like how can a man enlarge his private part.
First it goes to this site
Then it redirects into this site
(This also changes every time I open firefox.)
(Please don't open this site because this is the last example I gave earlier you might get this kind of adware too.)
So how can I remove or make this go away?

Thank you for the solution!
But I already used the uninstall application. (As seen in the picture I showed.) After that the problem is solved.
When I did some research the folder "HPReyos" is an "adware" or something like that (I'm sorry I'm not that good with computers.) which shows ads to you forcefully unless you remove it from your computer.

Hi, you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.
You can also check your Firefox Desktop shortcut for corruption: Right click on it > Properties, and in Target, make sure there is no sign of the malware. If there is, delete that part of it. Or if it's easier, you can just delete and recreate a new shortcut. Wrong home page opens when I start Firefox - How to fix.
After removal you may need to reset your home page and search, which you can do by running the add-on SearchReset.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us. Thank you!

At first I installed AdwCleaner but it didn't solve my problem. Then I tried to fix my shortcut that solution solved my problem at first, but then when I opened the browser again using the shortcut. The problem is there again.
The shortcut always redirects into this place. But whenever I try to delete it it says that the file is open or something.
I am quite afraid to click uninstall because that might affect my laptop even more.

Your Firefox shortcut open a folder on your computer??
Please run more of the cleaning program to see whether any of them work.
Also:
(1) Open the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. After the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to group the infections, I mean, additions, by date. This can help surface undisclosed bundle items that snuck in with some software you agreed to install. Take out as much trash as possible here. (If in doubt, feel free to post a screenshot of suspicious entries.)
(2) Open Firefox's Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
- in the Windows "Run" dialog, type or paste
firefox.exe "about:addons"
In the left column, click Plugins. Set nonessential and unrecognized plugins to "Never Activate".
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable (or Remove, if possible) unrecognized and unwanted extensions. Bear in mind that all extensions are optional.
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Any improvement?
