How to recuperate bookmarks from september that Firefox deleted?
Today I wanted to open Firefox but it didn't let me; so I deleted the Icon from the task list and I put it again. That way it allowed me to enter, but I discovered that my bookmarks and my history register from September were gone.

Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version: 23.0.0.185 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2.202.637

I tried the two solutions, but it didn't work. My bookmarks can't be restored because there is a gap between August and October. All bookmarks I did during September are gone as if I didn't have used Firefox during that month. So I'm assuming that I can't recover something that doesn't exist, right? I don't understand what may have happened...
These can't get your data back, but will help in the future.
These add-ons can be a great help by backing up and restoring Firefox
FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) {web link} FEBE allows you to quickly and easily backup your Firefox extensions, history, passwords, and more. In fact, it goes beyond just backing up -- It will actually rebuild your saved files individually into installable .xpi files. It will also make backups of files that you choose.
