I use the filters for new e-mails. Some of the rules move the e-mail to folders of another account. But Thunderbird show that the new e-mail is in the account that have received the e-mail: the star over the old account name, the envelop sign in the tray refers to the old account. I think it would be nice, if the filters will clear the new letter flag in old account (if the e-mail will move to another account) and may be set the new letter flag in the new account.

The account had mail, you moved it. So of course it shows a new mail status. Mail was received.

Well, I'm understand that it's not an error. But my suggestion is that Thunderbird show account with the just received e-mail... Of course it is the question to filters. Can they change the new mail flag (new mail status) for an account by philosophy of Thunderbird? If not, my suggestion is senseless.

P.S. Thank you for your quick answer.
