Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Unfortunately, Firefox has no control over your Facebook account, so this isn't something that would have been caused by a Firefox update. Firefox basically just loads the content that Facebook tells it to, so if your friends and games and other Facebook settings were removed, that's an issue on Facebook's end. I'd recommend getting in touch with the Facebook help community for more assistance.
