Firefox Bookmarks Issue
My question has 2 parts the first part is that I am trying to create a folder under the 'All Bookmarks' folder in the manage bookmarks screen that goes to the Library window. Can that be done? Because all it allows me to do is create a new folder under Bookmarks Toolbar and Bookmarks Menu. I want another folder in essence that is like the 'Other Bookmarks' folder that is not a sub folder of any other folder except for 'All Bookmarks'.
My second part question is that I cannot delete or remove 'Other Bookmarks' from the Library/Manage bookmarks screen. I am Firefox 92.0.1 (64-bit). I just installed it today. None of the options I tried as far as right click on the toolbar/bookmarks toolbar/or the Other Bookmarks folder gives me an option to remove it. Is the only option to remove it to go into about:config?
I have attached a screenshot of my bookmarks showing what I am wanting to have done if possible. As you see from the screenshot I want to move everything in Crap Junk into its on main folder under All Bookmarks like like Bookmarks Menu and Other Bookmarks is currently preferably without using Bookmarks Menu.
Thanks.

In short, no, there are 3 "root" folders and they cannot be deleted or increased or renamed.
To move the contents of Crap Junk "up" as level so they are directly under "Other Bookmarks, you should be able to do this:
- In the right pane, double-click into Crap Junk to display its contents
- Select All (Ctrl+A)
- Cut (Ctrl+X)
- In the left pane, click Other Bookmarks to display its contents on the right side
- In the right pane, right-click > Paste to move the selected/cut bookmarks here
Does that work on yours?
This does not solve my problem though...because I am not trying to move the contents of the Crap Junk folder to be under Other Bookmarks.
Understood. You cannot do what you want. Pretending that "Other Bookmarks" has the name you want it to have is the next best thing.
