Text replacement - 'text fast' add-on JSON file
I've seen a few people want to use their existing text replacement w/ Firefox and have been advised the add-on 'text fast'. With this add-on you can import a JSON file. Have tried to export my text replacement as a JSON file but can't see a way; if anyone knows how....

I see an Export/Download tab in your screenshot. Isn't that working for you to create a JSON backup? That would allow you to see how the file is formatted and possibly add your own replacements if that is what you want to do. Otherwise you can try to contact its creator for help.

Sorry, I should've been clearer; I meant I want to export a JSON file from the text replacement on my Mac OS so I can upload it to 'text fast'.
A Google search shows that you can export to a Text Substitutions.plist file.
