If your email was not working, then the emails should still be waiting for you to download them.

I've tried "get messages" repeatedly but it does not retrieve the messages that were sent during that 19 hour window of time. Is there another way to download them?

In that case, I suggest logging on to the online account page to see whatever is there. It's possible there was a server problem and there are no messages there.

Yes...There's about 30 emails from that time period. I just wanted to know why it happened and how it could be prevented. I don't normally login to get emails that way. Thanks for your help.
