cannot get to itunes store--pop up states network connection timed out
it tells me to make sure my network connection is still working--and can get to all other web sites through Mozilla but cannot get to the itunes store-help!!

Maybe not related to your question, but your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.
- Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45
- Java Plug-in 1.6.0_11 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)
Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
