I used this recently and it worked for me, so hopefully we can make it work for you. First, I assume you are using the "Print" link above the right side of the map to display the pop-up window. Are you checking the box to "Include large map"? That usually pushes the text onto the second page. If nothing at all prints on the second page, you could try printing the selection. Press Ctrl+a to select all, then Ctrl+p to call up the print dialog, then in the Print Range section, click Selection, then print. Any luck?
