Unfortunately at this time there's no way to match your key to your e-mail address but you should be able to recover your passport by knowing your e-mail address in this link. You can try with your different e-mail addresses.

It's important to understand that your Sync Key is the key to encrypt your data that is sent to the service and it's not meant to be part of your credentials. We don't store a copy of it so it's impossible for us to match your key to your username.

Hi, Ibai thank you very much for you support. i am sorry that i forgot to come to post an update since these days i have been struggling with my business. well, i have resolved this issue via taking the email address and resetting the password on another computer with synced ff. so, maybe this would be helpful for future users. thanks again, Ibai! :)
