my work web mail will not work with firefox 5. it makes it run in a basic, not advanced mode. when i called the IT folks at work they told me to go back to firefox 4 or use internet explorer. the latter option is unacceptable. but i cannot find firefox 4 on your site.

Due to security vulnerabilities, rolling back to Firefox 4.0.1 is not recommended.
Does your work webmail use a common interface like Outlook Web Access or Google Apps? Perhaps there is a workaround.
