How do I disable the Add-on Installation prompt from displaying.
How do I create a setup that will not display the Add-on dialogue box when you launch Firefox. I do not want users to have the ability to install Add-ons.

It's one thing to change the setup process and quite another to completely disable a feature... Perhaps the links on this page will help at least with the first part: Deployment:Deploying Firefox - MozillaWiki.
Use a mozilla.cfg file in the Firefox program folder to lock prefs or specify default values.
Place a file local-settings.js in the defaults\pref folder where you also find the file channel-prefs.js to specify using mozilla.cfg.
pref("general.config.filename", "mozilla.cfg"); pref("general.config.obscure_value", 0); // use this to disable the byte-shift
See:
You can use these functions in mozilla.cfg:
defaultPref(); // set new default value pref(); // set pref, but allow changes in current session lockPref(); // lock pref, disallow changes
To prevent users from installing software (extensions) use:
lockPref("xpinstall.enabled", false);
Note that this may not work if files are dropped in a location where Firefox scans for new extensions.
