contacts error (undefined) can't update my contacts in yahoo mail

When I go to look up a contact I get a box that says: undefined. When I click on it I get the message below. Why is this happening and please fix it?

Does the problem happen in a new profile?
This happens whether I'm looking up a new contact to add to lists within my yahoo account or not. It just started happening last week after 12 days of not being able to open attachments or html files in my email.
Can I get some real help from Mozilla Firefox??? Your program is the one causing the issue.
