Have been unable to start firefox 18, crash reporter pops up immediately without opening the browser. Tried reinstalling the software with no effect. Cannot open browser to run safe mode. I am not aware of any new software that was downloaded recently that would interfere with this.

hello erikwaynej, this crash is caused by Websense Endpoint security software that is running on the other system. please try to install all the updates for this program that are available...
