When new version happen do all branch get updates of Fixed
suppose I have a 27 Beta. If Mozilla fixed something in RTM do I will get the fixes when 28 Beta released.
Better explain :-
Suppose I use Firefox Nightly 29. I got some bugs that is later fixed When 29 Aurora happen. Now I am on 30 nightly. Is that means the bugs is fixed later so It will not be fixed for me.
What I means if something have fixed in RTM, Do Nightly, Aurora, Beta will got the fixes or this will never got the bugs fixed because it's newer build.
Can someone please explain this thing to me. I am confused. I am unsure that Nightly never got fixes that is fixes in Aurora or Beta.
Someone explain me also that how you integrate the changes in all these 3 builds.
Thanks

hello anirugu, generally all bug fixes will be introduced and tested in the firefox nightly versions first and "trickle down" to aurora/beta/release versions afterwards.
Beta, Aurora, and Nightly versions tend to get Bug fixes quicker that the Release (RTM) versions do.
How do you come up with a Firefox 30 version? Nightly is now at 29.0a1, Aurora is 28.0a2, and Beta is 27.0; the current Release version is 26.0, with 27.0 due to be released on Feb 4, 2014. And a few days to a week after that the Beta, Aurora, and Nightly versions are bumped a digit.
The Beta channel generally has anywhere from six to twelve Beta builds with ten beta builds being the norm for recent releases. The Nightly and Aurora development channels get checkins almost everyday so it gets a update each of those days.
@the-edmeister, I just want to make a example. I know 30 is not out. I just make a demo of what make me confused.
Thanks all to clear my confusion.
